Experience: At U.S. Property Investments, we have been buying, selling and managing U.S. foreclosed property since 2007. We have flipped more that 20 properties over the last five years, however due to changing market conditions we have altered our strategy to now buy and hold investment properties and take advantage of the excellent monthly incomes available.
How We Help You: We have access to thousands of U.S. bank foreclosed properties across the U.S> and we narrow them down to a select few that offer our clients the best returns as well as security. We either bid for foreclosures at local county court houses, or we buy them directly from the bank that owns the defaulted loan.
Property Management: Unlike our competitors, we do not outsource property management to third parties. We fully manage all properties in-house.
