We have flipped more that 20 properties over the last three years, however due to changing market conditions we have altered our strategy to now buy and hold investment properties and take advantage of the excellent monthly incomes.

Before we bid for a property, we have an agreed upon limit with our clients and if the price is auctioning above this, we pass and look for a different investment opportunity.
